For as long as we can remember, food has brought our family together. From childhood memories around the dinner table to recipes lovingly passed down through generations, these are the flavours that shaped who we are today.

We’re excited to introduce CHEF’S HERITAGE SERIES —a collection of exclusive dining experiences inspired by Chef Suresh’s upbringing in Sri Lanka. Each edition will take you to a different region, sharing the stories, traditions and family recipes behind some of Sri Lanka’s most treasured dishes.

Our first experience launches Wednesday the 5th of August.
