800g brooklyn valley t-bone 100% grass-fed and raised in the rolling pastures of Gippsland, Victoria.

Char-grilled over open flame, finished simply with flaky sea salt, a bright salsa verde, and a wedge of lemon. Nothing more is needed. A celebration of incredible Australian produce.
