❤️ It was a lovely day for our low tea , one of the groups ordered VONS TROPICAL PUNCH
we will be introducing traditional vintage punch bowls with cups for larger groups and a jug of punch for smaller groups with the warmer weather approaching (still figuring out prices )

I have chatted with so many people that don’t do anything on Melbourne cup day ( myself included ) so let’s all have a lovely morning at the cafe ..non cup related

🥰🥰 HUGE DAY ..today ,we were down 2 staff but everyone did so well and just jumped in and got it done ..even my parents helped with washing the dishes

I am a bit of a perfectionist, and do stress when I can’t be in 10 places at once .. but a review like this makes it all worth while and I’m so proud of my staff that I can trust them to look after all the customers as I would whilst I’m in the kitchen

On a sad note the last few weeks we have received abuse and rudeness to my staff and myself , I won’t tolerate anybody being rude to my staff and I have no hesitation in issuing a refund and asking people to leave we are a happy family environment and I love my younger staff like they are my own children and will always protect them

🎅 🎄 CHRISTMAS DAY
YES WE ARE OPEN

We are only opening for one sitting this year as there will only be family as staff ,I will be contacting all those that have booked in within the next week and then moving on to our reserve list
I do have outdoor verandah spaces available and our outdoor seating but it’s hard to book those out (weather permitting)

🩷🩷 Thank you to everyone that joined us ,and my awesome staff for doing such an amazing job
Totally rad trivia, tropical punch and a whole lot of laughs! 🌴🕺

Our 1980s Trivia Night was an absolute blast from the past, with tropical punch flowing, w**e glasses clinking and laughter filling the room. We feasted on Caesar salad, our famous homemade rissoles, apricot chicken and rice, a huge pavlova and delicious homemade trifle.

The outfits were fun, the food was fabulous, the memories came flooding back and the competition was fiercely friendly. What a night! 🎶✨
