Last night was truly exceptional.
It was a night where dining met art, architecture and place.

Together, our Executive chef Simon Furley and Bundanon Executive chef Doug Innes-Will - with help from Elliot Platz and Bryce Mason - created an exclusive three-course dinner celebrating the connection between food, art and architecture.

The menu used native ingredients and refined flavours that were thoughtfully curated in response to Man on Fire: Visions of Nebuchadnezzar.

Throughout the evening, acclaimed architect Stuart Vokes shared insights into the exhibition and the remarkable architecture of Bundanon, creating a truly immersive dining experience where every course told a story.

It was an unforgettable evening of exceptional food and inspiring conversation at one of Australia’s most spectacular cultural settings.
