A celebration of seafood, provenance and the coastline we call home.

For one evening only, Little Bay will showcase a five-course menu featuring some of Australia’s finest seafood, from Tasmanian oysters and hoki to South Australian kingfish and crab, finished with our Watermans Basket made for sharing.

Created with produce sourced through trusted suppliers, this is a night designed around the very best of the sea.
