• Tempura zucchini flowers filled with smoked fish mousse & romesco sauce

• Cauliflower & Gorgonzola cannelloni, hazelnut béchamel, roasted grapes & hot honey drizzled leaves

Kingfish crudo with compressed nashi pear, smoked macadamia salt, mandarin kosho and brown butter vinaigrette

TASTE
Cauliflower croquette with parsnip cream, fried capers and roasted hazelnut

SAVOUR
OP Rib eye on the bone, red wine jus, kipfler potatoes
