Last table available for our last w**e dinner of the year Hungerford Hill W**es 🍷

They’re one of Australia’s most respected w**eries, with vineyards stretching from the Hunter Valley to the cool, high slopes of Tumbarumba. We’ve paired eight of their w**es with four courses built around the season, from crisp, age-worthy Semillon to their Epic Shiraz.

It’s the last one of the year, so if you’ve been meaning to join us for a w**e dinner, this is the night.

🍷 W**e dinner with Hungerford Hill W**es - 11/11/26 🍷

On Wednesday 11 November, Hungerford Hill joins us at Bask for four courses matched with eight of their w**es. They range from the Hunter Valley’s famous Semillon to cool-climate Chardonnay from Tumbarumba, finishing with the Epic Shiraz.

TASTE: grilled halloumi, Cherry Heering watermelon, mountain pepper
TEMPT: local swordfish, spanner crab, lemon béarnaise
SAVOUR: duck breast, duck liver pâté, burnt orange
LINGER: dark chocolate panna cotta, strawberry

Our Wagyu dinner sold out, and this is the final one of the year. Don’t leave it too late.
