We’re so proud that Two Noble has been named one of three finalists for Best Hotel Restaurant - Regional in the AHA (Vic) State Awards for Excellence.

And at Sawyers Arms Tavern, we’re also down to the final round for Victoria’s Parma Of The Year! 🍻

A pretty exciting countdown for the whole team as we head into awards night tomorrow.

Hiramasa kingfish, whipped soy, burnt onion dressing: one of Two Noble’s signature dishes.

We dry age a beautiful fillet of kingfish for three days to intensify its natural flavour, and pair it with curd from soy milk that we set ourselves. Burnt onion dressing takes over a week to prepare, bringing an earthy sweetness that ties everything together.

Join us at Two Noble for Bottomless Lunch from Friday - Sunday. Enjoy 90 minutes of free flowing cocktails, wine and beer accompanied by 6 dishes of chef’s selection - $95.
We’re happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions, and offer gluten free, dairy free and vegan alternatives.

Of course, we also offer à la carte lunches and dinner from Thursday - Sunday.
