We were lucky enough to get a tour of the facilities at Premaydena Hill during the week, tasting some of their upcoming vintages straight from the barrel 🤤 2026 is going to be a great vintage for their w**es across the board! We’ve also been able to secure some of their spring beef to fill the dry ager, with some plans for a collab meat/w**e adventure soon! Stay tuned 😊🙏🍷🥩❤️

We’ve been experimenting with dry aging pork over the past very months, none of them have made it to a plate yet 🤦 But I think we’ve nailed it this time! Tassie pork rib chops 21 day aged w buttered prawns available while it lasts 😊🙏🐷😍

We’ve been using pure beef tallow in our fryers for a few months now and are absolutely loving the results! If you want to take some home to try cooking with (or rubbing on your skin apparently🤷) We have some jars available for retail from the bar 😊🙏🥩🐄❤️

Proud day for us at The Bush!

Meet our new chef, Luke 👏 Luke is our longest serving employee at The Bush, starting with us a week or two after we opened the doors and a kitchen hard and today we received notification that he’s officially completed his apprenticeship! Congratulations mate, we wouldn’t be where we are today without all your hard work 😊🙏👨‍🍳❤️
