A quick update about the course ⛳

You’ve probably noticed a few bare patches on the fairways lately. They’re caused by the Ground Pearl beetle.

Here’s what we’ve done about them:

✅ Aerated the patches
✅ Spread couch and kikuyu grass scarifyings over the top
✅ Top dressed with soil and potash

The patches we treated last year have also been top dressed and fertilised.

The grass needs a bit of time to take hold, so thanks for your patience while it does. The course is still in great nick and open every day from 8am, so get out there and enjoy it.
