We had the pleasure of catering for Moondarra Cruises — and seriously, you couldn’t ask for a much better workplace!

Well… 2 Seas has definitely been living up to the word CATERING these past two weeks! 😂🔥
We’ve been FLAT OUT — cooking, chopping, prepping, serving, washing up… then waking up and doing it all over again! 🤪
Sleep? Overrated.
Coffee? Essential. ☕
Gordon Ramsay moments? Absolutely. 🤬😂
Kitchen looking like a bomb hit it? No comment. 🙈

But we survived, everyone got fed, and somehow we’re still smiling! 😂

THE DUST HAS FINALLY SETTLED… 🤠
And what a weekend it was at the Mount Isa Rodeo! 🐎
Did we see much rodeo action? Absolutely not. 😂
For us, it was all about the FOOD! 🍴🔥

🍽Over ONE TONNE of food cooked
😴 Approximately zero sleep
☕ Questionable amounts of caffeine
🤬 Gordon Ramsay moments — too many to count
🏃 Steps — don’t even want to know
😂 And plenty of “whose bloody idea was this?!” moments!

But we survived… and we’d do it all again! 🙌

A MASSIVE thank you to our 2 Seas crew. You worked your backsides off, kept the food rolling and somehow still managed to laugh through the chaos. We absolutely could not have done it without you. 💙

And a huge thank you to the Mount Isa Rodeo Committee for having us. The work that goes on behind the scenes to put together the best rodeo in the world is absolutely incredible. 👏

Now that the van is clean, the sleep has almost been caught up on and we can look at food again…

After a huge weekend of catering at the Mount Isa Rodeo, it’s time to hang up the apron, put our feet up and recharge! 😴🙌
2 Seas will be CLOSED this week — no meal prep or Wednesday trading.
We’ll be back next week, rested, recharged and ready to feed you all again. 💙
