There’s lots happening at Giuseppe’s Cantina over the coming months 🇮🇹✨

First up, on 10 October, we’ll be celebrating the legacy of Giuseppe’s during our special Anniversary Dinner – La Dolce Vita. It’s shaping up to be a beautiful night, so make sure you grab your tickets before they’re gone.

Then on 25 December, Giuseppe’s Cantina will be opening its doors for Christmas Lunch 🎄 A relaxed Christmas Day with a festive buffet and no cooking or cleaning at home!

La Dolce Vita Dinner - Anniversary Dinner

Something special is coming to Giuseppe’s on Saturday, 10 October.

For one evening, we’re bringing a little taste of an Italian summer to Mount Isa — think Amalfi Coast vibes, beautiful food, sparkling on arrival and a long dinner shared around the table.

Our La Dolce Vita Dinner is being held in honour of Giuseppe (Joe) and Eliana Vaiente, celebrating a belated 60 years since the opening of their first Mount Isa restaurant, The Verona, in 1964.

The evening will include:

🍾 Sparkling on arrival
🍝 A special Italian-inspired dinner
🍋 Chilled Limoncello digestivo
🍷 A commemorative bottle of Sandalford Founders Reserve Liqueur Tawny for every guest to take home

Two weeks to go… 🤍

Before we celebrate another year of Giuseppe’s Cantina, we thought we’d take a little trip down memory lane.

A few years ago, our restaurant went through a transformation, from the original bar and its classic character to the space you see today.

A lot has changed over the years, but one thing hasn’t: Giuseppe’s is still a place for good food, good company and plenty of memories around the table.

As we get ready to celebrate our anniversary, we’ll be sharing a little more of our story over the next two weeks.
