🧀 Taleggio, fruity tangy wash rind soft cheese from Italy. Goes well with mushrooms, and tasty alternative to French soft rind cheeses
🧀 Pecorino il predicatore, Maremma sheep’s milk aged in wine must, from Tuscany Italy.
🧀 Munster - rich creamy soft cheese known from Alsace-Lorraine region, France.
