Munster Fischer.
Munster is a washed rind cows milk cheese that takes its name from a French village in Alsace.
Famous for its pronounced pungent aroma, but has a creamy, and slightly sweet flavour.
Matured in humid mountain cellars, Munster is washed and turned regularly to develop a sticky terracotta-coloured rind.

Crottin d’Antan.
A traditional French goat’s cheese made in the historic Poitou-Charentes region, one of France’s heartlands of chèvre. When young, it is mild, lactic, and delicately creamy; with time, it develops nuttier, earthier flavours and a drier, more crumbly texture.

Our winner was finally announced for
“How many fairy lights are in the tree?”
The ‘Village Green’ Fairy Lights are on from 5pm - 9pm for you to enjoy.

It’s been fun reading all the numbers you have guessed for fairy lights in the tree 🌳 🧚 💡
We had a couple of close guesses….1st and 2nd prizes.

These lights are on for only a few hours each day.
They turn off at 9pm every night.
