☕ WE’RE HIRING — SENIOR CAFÉ TEAM MEMBER / SHIFT LEADER ☕

We’re looking for a confident, organised and reliable Senior Café Team Member / Shift Leader to join our team.
This is a substantial casual role of around 38–40 hours per week, with the opportunity to move into a permanent full-time position after a successful 3-month review.
Trading hours:
Mon–Fri: 5am–12pm
Sat: 6:30am–11:30am
Sun: Closed
Opening shifts may start from 4:30am, so you’ll need to be comfortable with early mornings — with the bonus of having your afternoons free.
The role will include:
• Helping keep the café organised during service
• Opening and closing when rostered
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Helping coordinate breaks and daily tasks
• Cash handling and cash counts
• Monitoring stock and reporting what needs ordering
• Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and café standards
• Helping newer team members
• Keeping service flowing smoothly
• Reporting any issues to management
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, calm under pressure, takes initiative and works well within a team.
Previous café or hospitality experience is highly regarded. Barista experience is a bonus.
You’ll have plenty of support from me, our existing team and our manager.
