I patted myself on the back for ordering the Salt and pepper tofu ($14.90), Pork and prawn dumplings ($18.90 for 8 pieces) and the Slow cooked beef cheek in Hong shao style ($28.90) the other evening.
I really loved the crunchy textures from the tofu dish contrasting with the softness of the beef cheek and the chewiness of the handmade dumpling skin. The flavours were spot on and I wouldn't hesitate to order these dishes again. The only disappointment was the amount of rice you get for a $3 serve of rice. Can you believe there were only about 3-4 mouthfuls in each serve?!
