As the Town Centre Vikings redevelopment progresses, we’d like to let you know about some temporary changes that will come into effect this week.

From Monday 28 September, our bistro menu and opening hours will be reduced. Our Bistro will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, however our Café will remain open during the day. These changes will help us continue to operate smoothly while we deliver the exciting improvements underway.

Thank you for your patience and continued support as we work hard to bring the next chapter of Town Centre Vikings to life. We look forward to welcoming you throughout this period and sharing the finished result with you.

13 riders from Tuggeranong Vikings BMX Club earned their place at the 2026 UCI BMX Racing World Championships in Brisbane - a huge achievement for the riders and the club community behind them.

With their home track closed for redevelopment since November 2025, riders spent months training away from home while preparing for Nationals and the chance to qualify. That commitment paid off, with 13 riders qualifying and 12 taking to the start gate in Brisbane to compete against some of the best BMX riders from around the world.

For Vikings BMX, the achievement was shared well beyond the track. Teammates supported one another, families were there every step of the way, and the wider club rallied behind its riders as they represented Australia on the world stage.

Vikings was proud to support seven of the riders through our Australian Representative Grant, helping them prepare for and take part in an experience they won’t soon forget.

And after a memorable journey to Brisbane, there’s another exciting moment ahead - returning to their redeveloped home track and bringing the Vikings BMX community together.

👏 Congratulations to all 13 qualifiers and everyone at Vikings BMX!

Viking Park is set for two days of rugby action, with pathway, representative and Super Rugby AUS games taking place across Saturday and Sunday.

The weekend kicks off with a Super Rugby U16 double-header:

1:05pm – ACT Brumbies U16 v NSW Waratahs U16
2:45pm – Western Force U16 v Queensland Reds U16

🏉 Sunday, 27 September | Super Rugby AUS

Sunday brings a full afternoon of rugby, headlined by the ACT Brumbies taking on the Queensland Reds in Round 3 of Super Rugby AUS at 2:05pm.

12:30pm – ACT & SNSW Griffins v Pig Athletic Club Academy
2:35pm – ACT Brumbies v Queensland Reds | Super Rugby AUS
4:30pm – ACT & SNSW Kestrels v Sydney Rosellas

Gates open at 12:00pm Sunday.
