Smoked meat! $65 a kg ain’t cheap I must say, but you can smell it from metres away, just a little bit and it will take your dish to the next level.

Pork ribs slowly char and steam on a pan!! Paired with gailan! The trick to this dish is “slow” yeah!!! Slowly simmer and Charing it at the same time!

You either burn it half cook! Or you perfectly cook it slightly char.🤙🤙 15min job ✅
