We LOVE local, and these oyster mushrooms from The Mushroom Connection couldn't get any fresher!

We recently grilled these over mallee root charcoal, and served them with a smoky relish of shallots, garlic and tomato.

Local fare at its finest and freshest at Mr Jones.
