After 18 incredible years, Let Them Eat has embarked on an exciting new journey, streamlining our operations to better serve you. While our storefronts have closed, we remain committed to sharing our passion for great food with you through the following channels:

• Markets: Join us at our weekly Sunday stall at the Adelaide Showgrounds and our monthly stall at the Stirling Market (fourth Sunday), where you can indulge in our delicious offerings.
• Catering & Wholesale: Our wholesale operations continue to thrive statewide, and our catering team is always available for daily office deliveries. You can conveniently place orders through our website.
• Delivery & Collection: Click and collect is available from our production kitchen, with enhanced user-friendly home delivery and expanded options on UberEats and DoorDash coming soon, because we believe great food should be easily accessible.

By reducing our retail overhead, we are thrilled to pass the savings directly to you. We have already increased the portion sizes of our tart and lasagne slices while lowering prices across most of our product range because we believe everyone deserves to enjoy great food.

JOIN OUR FESTIVAL TEAM! 🎡

We are officially hiring a Supervisor for our Gluttony site this year! If you’re a hospitality pro who loves the energy of festival season and knows how to lead a team through a busy dinner rush, we want to hear from you.

The Details:
📅 When: Feb 20th – March 22nd

🕒 The Hustle: Primarily leading the team through peak evening service. Weekends trade are big days (10am–1am), while weekdays start mid-afternoon until approx 11pm. You will be contracted for 38 hours per week, either Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday (Closed Mondays) on Restaurant Industry Award Level 5.

📍 Where: Gluttony

What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong food service experience & food safety knowledge.
✅ A Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one!). ✅ Leadership skills – you’ll be the main link between the kitchen, the staff, and management.
✅ Great vibes and a commitment to keeping our site organised and clean.

Supervisory experience is a huge plus!

Let Them Eat is hiring a positive and motivated leader with a strong customer service focus to manage our store at Norwood Place

Position: Full-time Permanent Food and Beverage Supervisor - Level 5 Restaurant Award
Hours: 38 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday roster (store open 6 days)
Team: Six (all currently casual)

This store is part of the Let Them Eat network, and you will receive support from the retail manager to ensure that the store aligns with the Let Them Eat brand's culture and expectations.

The successful candidate will have at least two years experience as a Barista with focus on providing exceptional coffee every time, along with strong customer service and communication skills. Previous management or supervisory experience will be highly favoured.
