Tomorrow, we pause in honour of ANZAC Day — a time to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and enduring spirit of those who have served, and those who continue to serve our country.

We remember with gratitude the men and women, past and present, whose service has shaped the freedoms we live with today.

Empress will be closed Saturday, and we will reopen on Sunday. Thank you for your understanding.
