Funny thing about the crêpe: it didn't start glamorous.

Brittany, 13th century. Buckwheat batter, poured thin, cooked on a hot stone because that's what people had. No sugar, no fruit, no flourish. Just something warm and honest, made with what the land gave you.

Fast forward to 1895, a chef named Henri Charpentier is working at a place called... Café de Paris. In Monaco. He's plating a crêpe for the Prince of Wales, gets a little reckless with the orange and brandy, and accidentally sets the whole thing on fire. Crêpe Suzette is born.

We didn't plan the name overlap. We just think it's a good sign.

Marc still makes ours the slow way, thin, golden, a little bit of theatre on the pan. Some things are worth keeping exactly as they were meant to be.

📍 Come taste the history.

We love croissants. Like, an unreasonable amount. Flaky, buttery, still-warm-from-the-oven croissants? Could eat them all day, every day, no shame. 🥐☀️ Come as you are, leave a certified croissant person.

The macaron has a story worth telling. Born in French monasteries centuries ago, refined into an art form by Parisian patisseries, it's one of the most delicate things a baker can make; crisp shell, soft center, no room for error. Marc makes ours the traditional way, slow and by hand, because some things shouldn't be rushed. Come taste a little piece of Paris at Café de Paris, Churchill Ave or Highlands Park.

That crust. That crackle. Oh wait, wrong dish, that SIZZLE. 🍤

These grilled prawns didn't just show up, they arrived. Charred, buttery, squeeze-of-lime perfection, best enjoyed on the patio with good light and better company.
