We are looking for a smart, reliable, and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our growing team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer ride quotes and inquiries
• Manage driver queries and support
• Coordinate and manage corporate trip bookings
• Oversee and respond on social media platforms
• Provide ad hoc administrative support when needed

🎓 Requirements
• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Business (added advantage)
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
