We have self-catering cottages; Bed & Breakfast, caravan and camping facilities. We are only 90 minutes away from Cape Town, in the 'Valley of Abundance' - the Witzenberg Valley; bordering Tulbagh and Ceres. We are located in the small town of Wolseley, in the heart of the Cape Winelands. We have 3 self-catering farm cottages and a small private caravan and camping facility, comprising of 9 sites.

We have been regarded by many as one of the best in the country and listed as one of the top 10 'things to experience' by various media. Welcome to our website which has been designed to give you a feel of what Fynbos Guest Farm is all about; what we offer and how we can share our slice of paradise with you. So close to Cape Town, we really are a much sought after accommodation venue nestled in the Western Cape in a valley with much to offer. We look forward to having you stay as our guest, as many of our guests are returns, year after year. Tankwa Cederberg 4x4 Adventure
Camping

Approximately 805km, 710km of gravel/off-road
7 days, 7 nights Camping
Explore the Tankwa, Kagga Kamma, Cederberg & Rooi Cederberg Wilderness areas.
From the Mountains to the Desert & Back.
The Flowers are often in Bloom around this time of year.
19 Mtn Passes - including Gannaga, Biedouw Valley, Esselbank, Kromrivier, Nieuwoudt & Pakhuis Passes.

Fuel: You will need fuel for 750km. So you will need a long range fuel tank or Jerry Cans.

Note: This tour may require road Building and clearing of overgrowth in some sections along the route.

Note: 4x4 vehicle required with 4x4 with Low Range, high clearance & recommend Diff-lock.
Note: you will need to be a competent and experience 4x4’er for this tour.
Note: You can tow a 4x4 trailer/caravan, but there will be some deep sand and technical rocky sections that may be problematic. Also remember towing a trailer/caravan increases traveling time by 20 to 30%.

Note: The Tour is limited to 6 vehicles plus guide vehicle.
Note: If you do not have your own Licence'd VHF Radio with 4x4 ORRA frequencies, you will need to hire one, as this will be our means of communication during the tour.
