Office Administrator
NO AGENCIES OR FREELANCERS PLEASE
Job Type:
Full-time Monday-Friday 8am - 4.30pm (some Saturdays until 12pm may be required , additional salary will be paid)
You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, be able to manage Findaskip’s bespoke order management system.
Definitely computer savvy, And extremely confident on the telephone as a high majority of this job is phone work, have excellent written and communication skills, a good standard of English and Math's is essential.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel with a good grounding in IT.
Your responsibilities will include:
Booking in new skip orders
Sourcing, new skip suppliers and new account customers
Invoicing customers and paying suppliers using SAGE
Servicing customers via our live chat application
Monitoring data using Google analytics
Monitoring the health of the website using Google console
Answering the telephone and emails
Process customer payments
Write weekly blogs
Create town pages on our bespoke system
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Methodical and thorough approach to work
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
A great team player
A desire to show initiative
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good IT skills - Word and Excel
Ability to work on your own initiative

You will be required to work in the office
