Some of the biggest opportunities in our journey have come through relationships.

From luxury venues and national retail brands to corporate events, weddings and hospitality functions, every event has trusted us with what matters most: their guests.

We don’t take that lightly.

To every venue manager, planner, brand partner, chef, supplier and client who has opened a door, recommended our team, booked our services or invited us back again, thank you.

Your trust has helped shape Service Excellence into the company it is today.

This post is simply a moment of gratitude for the partnerships that continue to grow our story across KZN and South Africa.

For centuries, food has been the reason people gather. 🫜🍲🫒🥘🫑🍠🍡

It's been at the centre of celebrations, milestones, Sunday lunches, weddings, birthdays and moments that become lifelong memories.

And we get it.

Because while we'll always care about the food (it should be exceptional), we know it's about so much more than what's on the plate. It's about the conversations that happen around the table. The laughter between courses. The guests asking for seconds. The moment everyone reaches for "just one more" canapé.

People rarely remember the chicken they ate. They remember how you made them feel.

That's the kind of hospitality we believe in.

Whether it's a harvest table under the trees, elegant plated dining, floating canapés or a corporate lunch, our job isn't just to serve great food, it's to create a table people don't want to leave.
