Thursday: Buffet
Slow braised shoulder of lamb and a vegetarian bobotie served with chutney, Roast Potato, fried Basmati Rice with carrot, Pepper & Corn, a spinach strudel stuffed with cream cheese and pepperdews, roasted Pumpkin wedges with Coriander oil, Dhaltjie fritters with sourcream and a green bean and tomato salsa with sesame seeds& pine nuts
Dessert : Malva Pudding with custard
Friday : 3 course plated Menu
Starter : Broccolini and Chimichurri Soup
& Baguette
Main : mature Beef Fillet with a creamy Mushroom and Brandy Sauce, baked potato with chipolte, green bean bundeles wrapped in black Forest ham & Mustard Cream, a Goatscheese and baby marrow tart
Dessert : Chocolate and Custard tart
Saturday: Buffet
Crispy Porkbelly and stuffed chicken with Goatscheese, Almond & Grapes, Fondant potato and Teriyaki sweetpotato, Cauliflower, Bay Leaves & Hollandaise, a tomato tart with basil, Zucchini, Feta and spinach fritters with herbed sourcream and a Carrot, Beetroot & Sesame Salad
Dessert : Lemon cheesecake mousse
All Dinners are R 400 per person including Coffee or Tea.
Dinner starts at 18h30 for 19h00

We only prepare meals once 10 people or more have booked, as meals are not "a la carte". We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please give us a 24 hrs notice period for bookings or cancellation as everything is shopped on the day for amount of people confirmed.
