Thursday: Buffet

Slow braised shoulder of lamb and a vegetarian bobotie served with chutney, Roast Potato, fried Basmati Rice with carrot, Pepper & Corn, a spinach strudel stuffed with cream cheese and pepperdews, roasted Pumpkin wedges with Coriander oil, Dhaltjie fritters with sourcream and a green bean and tomato salsa with sesame seeds& pine nuts

Dessert : Malva Pudding with custard

Friday : 3 course plated Menu

Starter : Broccolini and Chimichurri Soup
& Baguette

Main : mature Beef Fillet with a creamy Mushroom and Brandy Sauce, baked potato with chipolte, green bean bundeles wrapped in black Forest ham & Mustard Cream, a Goatscheese and baby marrow tart

Dessert : Chocolate and Custard tart

Saturday: Buffet

Crispy Porkbelly and stuffed chicken with Goatscheese, Almond & Grapes, Fondant potato and Teriyaki sweetpotato, Cauliflower, Bay Leaves & Hollandaise, a tomato tart with basil, Zucchini, Feta and spinach fritters with herbed sourcream and a Carrot, Beetroot & Sesame Salad

Dessert : Lemon cheesecake mousse

All Dinners are R 400 per person including Coffee or Tea.

Dinner starts at 18h30 for 19h00

Villa Villekula Menu's this week 30 of April

This is our last week trading and we are reverting back to Thursday to Saturday night Dinners for winter season.

We will be closed from Monday 04 of May till Thursday 05 of June 2026.

Thursday: Buffet

Slow roasted pulled Brisket served with creamy Parmesan Mash Potato, Teriyaki sweetpotato, green beans and Portobello mushroom, Aubergine Parmigiano, Red Cabbage with caramelized apples, roasted Butternut salad with red onion, Rocket and tahini dressing and a broccoli salad with baby tomato and olive

Dessert: Amarula Tiramisu

Friday : 3 course plated Menu

Starter : cheesy Broccoli soup with chimichurri & Baguette

Main : mature Beef Fillet with cafe de Paris butter, Potato gratin, onion tart tatin and roasted vegetables

Dessert : Chocolate Custard tart

Saturday: Buffet

Wednesday: Buffet

Traditional Wildpastei and a Chicken and Mushroom Casserole served with Fondant Potato, Cauliflower puree with mature cheddar and brown butter, a spinach strudel stuffed with cream cheese and pepperdews, broccoli gratin with sourdough and Parmesan crust, carrot RΕ‘sti with avo and pea puree and a pickled cucumber and roasted zucchini salad with herb dressing

Dessert: Lemon cheesecake mousse

Thursday: Buffet

Traditional Oxtail served with wholegrain mustard potato mash and a pea, basil risotto with lemon ricotta, beetroot fritter with herbed sourcream, red Cabbage with caramelized apples, Goatscheese and baby marrow tart and green beans with Feta & baby tomato.

Dessert: French Gateau au Chocolate

Friday : 3 course plated Menu

Starter : green Salad with Broccolini, Avo, Asperagus & Egg

Main : Mature Beef Fillet Cafe de Paris,

Saturday: Buffet

Roasted leg of lamb tarpenade served with Potato Gratin and fried Basmati Rice with vegetables, a pumpkin tart with toasted Almonds, Korma spiced Cabbage with Feta cheese, a cauliflower bake with bay leaves and sauce hollandaise, and a curried green bean salad.

Dessert : Lindt chocolate

We happy to add a vegetarian option if you are a vegetarian, unfortunately due to busy season we are not able to prepare vegan options on the Buffet.

Please give us a 24 hrs notice period for bookings or cancellation as everything is shopped on the day for amount of people confirmed. If you cancel on short notice and we can't fill your space we have to charge you a 50 % cost covering fee.
