Osteria Cheese Bar in Somerset West

Is looking for a skilled restaurant manager to help our company increase its customer base and improve the quality of both operations and our menu offerings. You will be responsible for leading every aspect of our business, including motivating our staff and delivering a high-quality menu.

Your job will also include back of the house tasks to ensure our restaurant operates as efficiently as possible. This includes tracking and maintaining inventory, maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, and ensuring that all food health and safety requirements are consistently met.

Ultimately, we are looking for a manager who has the ability to help us grow our restaurant. Candidates who have demonstrated this capability will be preferred.
