De Vagebond’s famous quinoa salad is a vibrant mix of quinoa, lemon, basil pesto, sundried tomatoes, feta, roasted red pepper, charred aubergine, grilled zucchini, spring onion, avocado, and roasted seeds. This one was with extra ostrich carpaccio (not originally served like this, but you can ask for it 😉)
Packed with flavour and nutrients, it’s a must-try for a wholesome, delicious meal!
