From a very young age I have had a passion for the hospitality industry, so much that I chose a high school that had a subject “Hotel and Catering”….

Unfortunately I did not go study hospitality after school. I wanted to take a gap year first, and then I fell in love with Performing Arts and dancing became one of my biggest passions in life… I have more than 10years of training and experience in dancing, acting and singing… I have performed in a few big show at Arts Cape: My Fair Lady and Wizard of OZ…

I found my way back to the hospitality industry and have managed many restaurants. Working with people gives me energy and it makes me happy when people enjoy good quality food and drinks!!

Lebo Pama…

My name is Lebo Pama from Freestate, originally from Lesotho. I am 38 years old.

I love to work in the kitchen, I am very passionate about cooking. I always want to try new recipes to broaden my knowledge about cooking. The love of cooking started at a very young age, I use to help my mother when she was cooking and i use to create my own recipes for myself, mixing different spices to bring out the best flavours and tasty food.

When I work in the kitchen I make sure that everything I use is clean and that the kitchen is in order when I am finish. Hygiene is very important when working in the kitchen!
