The Vine Bistro on Glenelly Estate in Ida's Valley, Stellenbosch serves flavour packed classic bistro lunches and dinners, together with distictive, award winning wines from the estate. The kitchen team is run by chef patron Christophe Dehosse together with head chef Michael Saville. Our confit duck leg is served with pomme pavé, baby carrots, vegetable brunoise and a rich diable sauce. Comforting, full of flavour, and made for lingering winter lunches.

For the perfect pairing, enjoy it with a glass of Glenelly Estate Reserve 2018. Its dark fruit, subtle spice and smooth, dry finish make it a wonderful match for the richness of the duck.
