An Indian festival would be incomplete without such dishes as this Royal Mughlai Lamb Curry. Gently nurtured Pasanda using Yoghurt and Tomato. Cumin, Fennel Seeds, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Garam Masala, Green Chilli, Coriander Seeds et al. A hint of the East from Rosewater and Saffron. Curry decadence with gratitude to the Ground Almonds and Coconut Milk.
