THE CAGE established a local community POOL TABLE TEAM that plays every Sunday tournaments around the deep Soweto areas. We sponsored our team with full uniform and other arrangements that makes it possible for them to participate competitively.This community empowered initiative has manifested a strong bond of local communities and enabled meaningful joint gatherings of the youth,Whereby they are able to have a fruitful weekend under a safer environment. This is worth noting under the prevalence of drugs and crime that are fashionable in our Soweto communities.

The Cage is proud to Support KOOL BLOCK ICE PACKS owned by Katlego Shwango ;a young entrepreneur from Tladi ,Kwadi street. We have been consistently buying more than 180 Ice packs monthly from KOOL BLOCK since 2023.We believe that this is youth upliftment and a community empowerment contribution.

As part of a collective committed to serving the underprivileged and most vulnerable children in Tladi, THE CAGE has proudly committed to providing a monthly maize meal supply to TLADI YOUTH FRIENDLY SERVICES, a registered NPO dedicated to preparing meals and supporting children in need within the community.

In extending this support, we are also proud to source the Cheetah Milling Super Maize Meal from a local maize meal business based in Moletsane — ensuring that our efforts not only feed children, but also uplift local enterprise and strengthen community partnerships.

Small acts of kindness, when done together, can create meaningful change.

Soccer remains to be the biggest sporting code in South Africa from local to bigger center stages .Tladi community if very fond of soccer from youth to older generation.The Cage therefore saw it fit and compelling to be a proud supporter of Tladi MASTERS ;a local team that is uniting different generations of community members, ON and OFF the field.

The Cage supports the crime prevention efforts of Tladi SOUTH PATROL SQUAD.Safety and security of a community we exist within takes a priority to us.we made a significant impact from our first year of operations .It was made 2023 when THE CAGE donated 20 reflector jackets,long range multifunction touches ,pepper sprays plus eletroshocks.

The little we do for the little onces mean big to our social consciousness. THE CAGE is proud sponsor of MERAFE PRIMARY SCHOOL sporting activities since 2025.We understand the role of sports in early childhood development and the power of positive social behavior it encourages. The role of unity within diversity is better learned early in life ,for one to tolerate differences and understand healthy completion.
