Had an amazing cupping session with my client

We roasted 3kg of Guatemala 🇬🇹 and then went on to do a relaxed cupping session. Juicy stone fruit flavours with hints of chocolate (cocoa) in the aftertaste.

I explained to him the procedure of cupping and all the flavours that we picked up and also hints and tips to doing some cupping at home. Happy to say that it was a very successful morning at the roastery.
