Greetings Kota lovers, spring has sprung and all yous mouth watering kotas are hotter than ever, Wednesday "do your own" and bacon fridays are still hot and tasty, come to KOTA KING and enjoy the best.

Preparations for a R22 kota:
ingredients: quarter white bread, achar or maggi chilli sauce (some prefer), cheese, french, vienna, russian tomato, lattice, crispy chips, tomato sauce and peri peri sauce and melted butter.

First you cut the fresh white bread with precision in the middle, slitly spread the butter on the bread and put in the oven for 45sec to get a crispy toasted top, add a bit of achar or maggi chilly sauce (preferably), add a hand satisfying full chunk off crispy fresh chips, pour the tomato sauce on top for garnish and peri peri sauce as well, lay that cheese on top and put into the micro oven for 30sec to slitly melt on the chips, now i add the tomato and that slitly fine sliced lattice springled on top, now for the meaty part, i add the deep fried french, vienna and russian on top and a bit of lemon zest and close it up with the part of bread that i cut off at first, rap it up in a transparent cover for easy access and vissibility.... # and you enjoy...
