Our Story
In the plus interior, of a character Victorian, generous portions of excellent dishes are served by Chef Jaco, while manager Vielies keeps a sharp eye on the above- par service. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and offers seating in the elegant dining area or more informal outdoor seating on the veranda or in the front garden.
Big on flavour are starters such as crumbed Camembert served with rooibos / mulberry sauce, Calamari strip salad and Prawns in an oriental coconut sauce. The punch-packing mains include Lamb Shank with mashed potato, Steaks done to perfection and slow-roasted Pork belly with a sweet and sour sauce. A thrilling end to the meal is our renowned homemade ice cream, plus a wide choice of delicious deserts.
