An owner in an Independant Restaurant must be present to legitimise a complaint. Some complaints are legitimate ,others not. Some customers could abuse the system &take advantage to show off or just complain to get something for free. Quite often
For the waiters & managers the customer is always right.
A Restaurant that stands the Test of time is Owner Run.
The owner/manager has the right to veto in the best interest of the continuity of business. "Spiro Titan"

ANOTHER REPOST On behalf of Babylon Again & the Origin of this Post. It is felt, whole heartedly by all, Owners & Staff alike In an Independantly Owner Run Restaurant. Appreciated Mostly internally when Customers are polite & respect the establishment & don't have unreasonable demands.
