Copperlake Brewing Company brings a unique experience – “brew your own” and experience the unique flavours of different style craft beers from Copperlake Breweries and guest breweries. The pub attracts craft beer drinkers to enjoy tasters whilst sitting in the sun or inside the “brewery” to engage all their senses in the brew. Simple but well prepared meals fill the gap but the main experience is

the beer! The subtle German influence aims to bring heritage and unique experiences for the South African audience. A strong focus is to “brew your own” targeting groups as a special event or corporate groups as a team building concept. A master brewer will manage the demonstration station, educating and allowing the group to get involved on how beer is made. These events will be specifically managed by an events team to create a dynamic, interactive experience allowing groups to select what they want to brew, experience, get involved and make their own brew! The extract will be fermented at the main Copperlake brewery and returned to the pub to taste and celebrate by the group 3 weeks later!
