Our Story
With a fresh, new perspective and a fire in our belly; we began the pursuit of connecting people to heart-warmingly unpretentious food, drinks and memorable encounters. Since being under new management, it only made sense to reimagine Carbon Bistro as the link between the senses and sensational cuisine.
On our quest to find the perfect way of capturing the essence of fine dining while remaining homely and inviting; we were transported to the fragrant streets of Provence in southern France where fresh, authentic home-style dishes are generously offered.
Pretoria became the perfect setting to offer such a gem to people from near and far to indulge in some of the finest, most unique seasonal meals that are freshly prepared, beautifully plated and served with a giving heart.
Our passion goes beyond the craft of fine food, because delicious dishes are complemented by delightful drinks. Craft gin has become something that we truly love and enjoy. With this in mind, we’ve taken it to the next level by creating theatre in a glass with every gin we serve. It’s the ultimate puzzle piece to a well-rounded experience that is exclusive to Carbon Bistro.
