A new tenant will be moving into our old space in Rietfontein,Pretoria Moot and we still have a few things to remove from the space by October 25,2025.As we don't have a need or space for any of the equipment,we would like to sell everything if possible.

Full stainless steel canopy system ,full coffee counter,fat trap and wooden ceiling pergola structure.

We would like to sell everything together and the person buying it will need to arrange for removal and transportation at their own cost.

We will be starting with a highly negotiable price of R45000 for everything.

Good day everyone,

Our old space in Rietfontein is still available and ready for a new tenant :)

Due to limited parking space in front,the space would be more suitable for a walk-in business,like a takeaway / ready made food setup offering affordable meals as the building is full of tenants and you have quite a few apartments around to cater for if your price offering is right.

Other businesses like barbers,butcheries might also be considered but to be discussed with the landlord.

A few things we have added since 2022 to make it easier for the new future tenant :) :
Extraction system for the kitchen
Converted the bathroom from a single bathroom to a double (Male and Female)
Liquor license in place
Expanded the kitchen space
Installed a double sink in the kitchen
Alarm system
Camera system

Good evening Cafè Posi Fans.

Hope you had a great easter weekend. :)

We have been receiving a lot of feedback from our customers and we have realized that our current location is not going to work for us if we want to expand as it makes it very difficult for customers to find parking and to reach our restaurant.

We therefore have decided to temporarily close our restaurant in the Moot in Rietfontein while we search for a more suitable location to accommodate our customer needs.

Our last trading day until further notice will be
April 30,2025.
