Medium rare, sizzling and straight from the wood-fired pizza oven.

A perfectly cooked steak, good company and a table full of Italian favourites. That sounds like dinner sorted to us.

Italian sushi? Not quite.

But close enough to make you look twice.

Think Parma ham, Fontina cheese, roasted peppers, rocket and basil pesto, all rolled up and finished with a little balsamic glaze.

Then you dip it into balsamic vinegar and olive oil and, well… now you understand why it works.

Italian cuisine, rolled into one very convincing bite.
