5 things Iā€™ve learned so far

1) I donā€™t like sourdough boules - pretty, but not practical (and a pain to cut). Iā€™m sticking to tin loaves.
2) Perseverance goes a long way.
3) Stick to ONE recipe and adjust until it works for you.
4) Itā€™s all in the temperature and the time.
5) Imperfect loaves still taste great (unless theyā€™re rock hard šŸ˜…).

ā€¢ Calculating errors (yup ā€” Iā€™ve baked too little, then at a random hour I realise my mistake and go bake more.)
