*What we need one CDP:*
- 2+ years as CDP or strong Commis in high-volume/fine-dining kitchen
- Confident across hot section, grill, and larder
- *Must have pizza experience* – dough, wood-fired/oven, toppings, consistency
- Strong on HACCP, plating, and working clean under pressure
- Team player with passion for quality and service
