Business people refrain from saying let's go to inboxes at all times even if convo requires one on one, the information u give me, might be the same information the next person wants. Summarize‼️
Try include all information and stop assuming people will text u and ask u for address or numbers, etc...
Ba di whatsApp business accounts, please make ur automated text is insights full. Mphe business information mo. This "Thank u..." message ha e bereke, some of us lose interest fast. Oh and is whatsApp business account slow? Le araba after a long time, mahn.
If u forget to answer customer. Get back to them never mind if it's after a long time to provide INFORMATION still, u never know if they sorted or not DONT assume. It's shows that u were really business and that u up for business.
