This is our final week of meals before we move back to week 1. We have added in the option to buy single meals for R70 each.

Pick up from Phaka restaurant in Richmond Hill 7-8am or in Walmer between 8am and 3pm. First 3 days’ pick up is on a Monday and the last 2 days’ pick up is on a Thursday 🌱

Another week of meals 🏖️

Pick up is in Richmond Hill between 7 and 8am OR Walmer from 8am to 3pm, Monday and Thursday. You are welcome to send Uber or Bolt collect to pick up from us too. Unfortunately we don’t do deliveries ourselves. Orders need to be in by Friday 8am.

We have loved nourishing over the past 2 weeks and look forward to many more weeks to come 🌞

*Please note that all meals are the same size as the ones we used to sell in Spar. They mostly range between 250g and 320g

This week was such a hit, so we’ve decided to do another week of meals!

Next week (27th Jan to 31st Jan), we will be making 5 meals (1 per day) for you to enjoy. We have different options to choose from and additions to the menu. See all the slides for the information.
