I am a mom, certified health and lifestyle coach, qualified chef and a keen gardener !
I studied with the mills culinary academy and graduated in 2014. A year that created such a burning Passion in me for food! To this day it feeds my soul to create meals and share them together with family and friends!
I then went on to do a Permaculture Design Course and learnt how to grow my own food organically and design and set up a homestead that is designed in such a way that it’s works in companionship with nature and other plants.
I became a mom shortly after that and decided I needed to learn more about nutrition and a health in general and began self studying the topic until my little boy was conceived. I then jumped into a year of studies with the institute of integrative nutrition in New York ( online course work) and graduated from there but decided to put coaching on hold while I started up a business called Flourish Deli Foods with a close friend of mine.
Our company specializes in vegan cheeses, cakes, bakes, treats and food and we supply direct to the public as well as selected stores.
Both my children have grown since then and don’t need me as much, so I have come back to my health coaching journey and have decided to incorporate it into the Flourish Brand by helping people transition to a plant based diet and walk with them on a path to a healthier and sustainable lifestyle.
