Requirements:
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must have proven experience preparing high-quality, beautifully presented dishes
• Must be able to create menus and do accurate costings
• Must send your CV along with a food portfolio (photos of your work)
• Must be professional, punctual, and well-presented
• Must be able to work independently and represent the Big Chef brand with pride
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
