Happy Heritage Day 🫡

12/09/2026

Rain falling. Wind rising. Fairways glistening.

And still… they tee it up. ⛳️🌧️

Because real golfers don’t wait for perfect weather, they embrace the challenge. Today, the course belongs to those willing to play it as nature intended: firm, wild, and unforgiving.

True Links conditions. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just golf.

The weather may be wet. The golf is real. 🌊⛳️

There’s something special about the first tee at Humewood.

A deep breath. The sound of the ocean. The fairway stretching out ahead. And then… that perfect strike.

The ball climbs into the morning sky, carrying with it all the promise of a great round. Pure contact, perfect flight, and that little feeling that today might just be your day.

Golf gives us moments like these, simple, fleeting, unforgettable.

And later, the stage shifts from fairways to the rugby field, as South Africa takes on New Zealand. 🇿🇦🏉🇳🇿

First, we chase the perfect drive. Later, we chase the perfect victory.

Come on, Bokke! 🇿🇦🔥

🏆 CONGRATULATES TO OUR CHAMPIONS! 🏆

A fantastic result for Humewood at the Regional Club Champ of Champs played at Walmer Golf Club!

Congratulations to Tiaan Tibshraeny on winning the A Division Regional Club Champ of Champs, a brilliant achievement! 👏⛳

Well done also to Wesley Sherman, who took the B Division in style! 🏆

We came oh-so-close to a clean sweep! Dave Reed finished a fantastic 2nd place in the C Division, narrowly missing out on making it three Humewood victories.

Three divisions, two champions and one very proud club! 💙

Congratulations Tiaan and Wesley you represented Humewood with distinction! 👏👏
