Good afternoon customers

Had an encounter with a customer today...she placed a order for a cake for her daughters birthday for today
When her cake arrived by her she wasnt happy with the cake because its buttercream and not fresh cream like "Spar cakes" well i offered her a full refund and told her i will send a uber to collect the cake and cupcakes. I continuously asked for her address for almost a hour but i guess she just needed the cake and cupcakes for her table for photos...Well this is my business this is my income and i feel that if a customer is not happy with her order then i will be more than happy to assist in a way i possibly can but to want your full refund but send me a half order back is very unfair...and all this after she told me she dont have money and is running low on cash so to me she just wanted the cake for photos and after that shes now not happy with her order....People are really cruel out there like you get up every morning and go to work to earn an income this is our income as bakers
