Planning this experience has been no joke. Seeing it come to life has been the most rewarding part of it all. This is what we do and this is what we love. Bringing everyone together and sharing some of our sacred practices with you all. Thereā€™s a version of this caption where I tell you about flour quantities and RSVP lists and signage. And honestly the weeks building up to these events have looked like that, spreadsheets, phone calls and endless checklists and signatures.

Somewhere between all the gregarious preparations this stopped being an event and started being something else. We built this masterclass because we were noticing the same thing everywhere else. Rooms full of people completely alone together.

So we built a table instead. No screens because the hands will be covered in dough or flour. Full attention because as you go through the class the dough itself requires your presence and you really immerse yourself in the craft. Live music serenading the entire space during the breaks your attention will be arrested. And finally, the sheer satisfaction that comes from delayed gratification as you get your bread.

Thank you for joining us. Strangers have become a little less strange and great connections have been forged.
