We’re Hiring: Floor Manager
Location: Âme Raví, Polokwane
We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused Floor Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house staff.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance and performance.
- Monitor service quality and respond to customer feedback in real-time.
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, bar, and service staff.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Assist in stock control and cash-up procedures.
Criteria & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Must be organised, reliable and proactive.
- Advantage: Knowledge of PILOT POS system.
