We’re Hiring: Floor Manager
Location: Âme Raví, Polokwane

We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused Floor Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house staff.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance and performance.
- Monitor service quality and respond to customer feedback in real-time.
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, bar, and service staff.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Assist in stock control and cash-up procedures.

Criteria & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Must be organised, reliable and proactive.
- Advantage: Knowledge of PILOT POS system.

Are you passionate about the art of mixology and creating unforgettable drink experiences? Do you enjoy crafting unique and innovative cocktails that leave guests in awe? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mixologist to join our team at an upmarket restaurant in Polokwane.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Valid bartending certification, or 5 years of matched experience.
* Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails and mixology trends.
* Proven experience as a Mixologist.
* Creative flair and ability to develop memorable cocktails.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
If you're ready to shake things up and make a lasting impression with your mixology skills, we want to hear from you!

Salary will be market-related and based on experience.
