Bean Authentic is looking for an experienced, high-level coffee professional who can lead from the front and take full ownership of our coffee bar and store operations.

This is a management-level role and requires someone with proven experience in both speciality coffee and running a coffee environment.

☕ Minimum Requirements
(Please read criteria carefully):

☕ Proven experience as a senior barista and store manager
☕ Advanced espresso skills (dialing in, calibration, consistency)
☕ Strong knowledge of manual brewing (pour-over, etc.)
☕ Solid understanding of roast profiles and flavour development
☕ Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
☕ Afrikaans understanding is beneficial (due to our clientele)
☕ Ability to confidently engage customers and drive sales (non-negotiable)
☕ Willing to work a 6-day week, including weekends and after-hours events
☕ Experienced in opening and closing procedures, as well as daily operations
☕ Strong leadership and team management ability
⭐ SCA certification is a strong advantage

🚫 Please note:
This is a senior leadership role. We are looking for candidates who already have strong experience in both coffee and store management. This is not a training or entry-level position.

☕ Drive sales of coffee, beans, and accessories
